This year’s outdoor Country Jam features Josh Turner, Jimmy Wayne, Lost Trailers and Tyler Dickerson.
During his debut on the Grand Ole Opry,  Josh Turner debuted a song he wrote titled "Long Black Train." He received a standing ovation in the middle of the song, then sang it again for an encore.

One month after his Opry debut, Turner signed to MCA Nashville. He released his debut album, Long Black Train in 2003, and thanks to the hit title track, it was certified platinum (for shipments of a million copies) by the end of 2004.

In 2006, Turner released his sophomore album, Your Man.  The album was certified double platinum.
